Placement scheme for adults with learning disabilities who live with an approved shared lives carer in their homes. We offer long term and short term placements as well as day support. Our approved carers will support with personal needs, emotional support, managing of finances, support with medication, support with accessing the community, keeping in touch with family and friends and encouraging the service user to be as independent as they can
