ASK Italian Gift Cards have an 18 month expiry date, from the date of purchase.

Please note:  There is a maximum order of £40 per family for food-related vouchers. When you order food-related vouchers PPL will check your account to make sure you have not reached your maximum amount. If you have they will notify you that you must either re-submit the order for a lesser value, or choose a different product. The £40 allowance applies per family, if you have a number of children receiving a grant the maximum amount is still £40 rather than £40 per child.

Postage:

Your gift card will be sent by post and should be received within 10 working days from when you place your order.

Gift Cards are sent out as follows:
Up to £39 First Class post
£40-£99 Recorded delivery (requires a signature)
£100 and above Special Delivery (insured service that requires a signature)

Postage charges of £1.14 will apply for orders under £20 this will be applied on checkout. This a charge applied by the Voucher Provider.
