At Victory SocialCare we pride ouselves in putting the client first.  We do not offer 15 minute slots feeling that it is impossible to provide any meaningful care in that amount of time.  We work to a high set of ethical values which are centred on a quality of life approach.  All our care is bespoke and is made up to what you want.  Over the first few weeks we learn to understand your requirements and tailor our service to fit those demands.

Often it is impossible to know exactly what you need from the care provider.  In fact it's also really difficult to predict how things are going to go.  We understand this which is why all our care is bespoke.  It is designed for individual needs and designed to be responsive to your changing needs.  We understand that sometimes more than one carer may be needed and we have systems in place to accommodate whatever your requirements are.

The range of services on offer is limited only by what you need.  We qualify all our care staff in as many disciplines as possible and work hard to match the right staff to what you want.  We use state of the art monitoring systems which mean we have very accurate recording systems which track all staff activity.  This forms part of our overall management policy which is to put the client first - always.

There are a huge range of activities that our carers can help you with. These can range from personal care services such as helping you to get up in the morning, washing, dressing, toileting, bed making, helping you to go to bed at night, etc. to helping you to take any medicines that you have been prescribed by your doctor, subject to certain limitations which will be explained to you.

Your carer can help you with personal tasks such as preparing shopping lists and doing the shopping for you, help you to manage personal affairs such as birthdays and other anniversaries, and with your permission can collect your pension for you. Your exact needs will have been identified when your Care Plan is developed.

Our prices are very competitive, especially when you consider the type of care we provide.  We also offer full 24 hour coverage and night support services which are value for money.
