Personal Care
This is an area where compassion and continuity is fundamental. Our Care Givers are fully trained to assist with all aspects of personal care and treat all our clients with the dignity and respect that is a prerequisite to providing care in this area.

Home Help
Daily tasks of maintaining a home while going through some life events can become a little overwhelming. DCA can take away the encumbrance and ease the pressure that is often on us to keep a clean, tidy and organised home.

Elderly Care
DCA staff will get to know the client’s history, their likes & dislikes and their preferred outcomes and then work with the client in mind in order to support them.

Palliative Care
This care type entails holistic end-of-life client assessment and a compassionate approach to end-of-life care. During this most heart-wrenching of times, DCA will aim to provide care during the final hours of life, including bereavement care and work with families & all involved in the care of the client to ensure a dignified, end-of-life care delivery.

Companionship Care
Companionship can be just as important as all other forms of care, and has an incredibly positive effect on any individual. Companionship is especially valued by the elderly who live alone or by family members who provide care to their loved ones.

Physical Disability
DCA staff are trained in Safe Moving & Manual Positioning techniques and use of different mobility & transfer aids to clients of varied age ranges.

Learning Disability Care
DCA staff work with clients best by focusing on their abilities, on what is important to them and for them, agreeing on a care/support plan that specifically addresses their needs so that clients may live lives that can be referred to as ’truly their own’.

Complex Care
Caters to the needs of people who live with difficult health conditions and hence require advanced levels of support, to offer them the care they require to live a full and healthy life. DCA cares for people who have a range of complex disabilities and health needs, e.g.due to chronic disease, illness and trauma.
