Age UK Sheffield provides an impartial service aimed at giving you as many service provider options as possible. Our staff will assist you to identify what is not working in your life, how you want your life to be and what changes need to be made to achieve this.

We will support you to think creatively about how to use your budget to get the most benefit. If necessary, we will liaise and negotiate with service providers to ensure that the support plans reflect your wishes and meet your individual needs.

The service includes the submission of the plans for approval and appeals, where necessary, and the following implementation of selected services.
