We have a full football team that play together at Hemsworth Sports Centre every Monday afternoon. All the players have their own kit and take full ownership of the team. They have decided to call themselves the PFC Flames and Pete Hughes from Hemsworth Gym has kindly agreed to be our head coach. We are in the process of setting up games with other organizations and are currently trying to organize a Friday afternoon session.

On Thursday afternoon we take a group of service users to Hemsworth gym to take part in a gym session. This could mean using state of the art equipment in a modern and air conditioned gym, playing raquet sports, cricket, football, ping pong, darts and others in the indoor sports halls or in fine weather we will go outside and use an outdoor gym, sports fields and basketball courts. We operate a pick up and drop off mini bus service from the Centre and the sessions are extremely popular and very well attended.
