We Provide 
 An individualised service within a day centre setting which also gives the carer some time for themselves

Who is it for?
For adults with more complex dementia.

When does it take place?
We open five days a week: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm excluding bank holidays.

How much does it cost?
We provide a service that is identified through a person-led assessment which meets the National eligibility criteria. For more information on a person-led assessment, which includes a financial assessment, please call Kirklees Council Gateway to care on 01484 414933.
