As a Personal Support Broker my role is to help and assist you in developing your own support plan with you at the centre of all the decisions made. This can be done with the help and co-operation of your family and carers.

I have worked in Social Housing as a Community Development Co-ordinator for six years and have a good understanding of community services and how to develop these to meet the needs and aspirations of the individual.

I believe that each person has the right to live their life their way, this is best achieved by empowering you to understand the choices you have and enable you to make decisions you want. I also believe that it is important that organisations and individuals are better able to communicate to ensure that the services you receive are best suited to your individual needs.

I am able to work throughout Buckinghamshire and with all types of people.
