Direct Health has been providing personal care for over 20 years and all branches are fully registered and regulated by CQC. All staff are vetted and have a CRB check, then complete a 10 day induction training programme in care before starting work. Further training is available for staff depending on the care needs of the people they support.

You will be visited by a trained assessor who will discuss your interests and abilities, find out what you want from your service. Together you will agree your personal care and support plan, which may include a range of support, eg personal care, practicing life skills to become more independent, or making sure household maintenance and bills are dealt with.

Charges from £11.22 to £13.02 per hour depending on your needs and requirements, visits start from 15 minutes, please contact us to discuss these rates.

Our services are available in areas in the East and West Midlands, North, North East and North West England, and Wrexham, North Wales.
