We have extensive experience of working with people with Autism and we know that each person has specific communications needs which vary greatly from person to person. We will find out how you communicate and recognise when you are feeling worried or have difficulty in communicating your needs. Your support staff will be fully trained in recognised techniques, including person-centred active support, so that they can communicate with you to ensure that you are listened to and that you can do the things you want to do.

We will meet with you to agree a support plan that meets your needs and gives you choice and control and we will review this regularly with you to make sure that as your circumstances change we can change with you.
