Description
What is it?
This is a service to help you with personal care such as help with getting up, getting dressed and washed, preparing meals, going to the toilet, help with medication, etc. The range is wide and often very personal to you and so we like to meet to discuss exactly how you like things to be done. The service is then incorporated into a support plan. The support plan is yours and so the more you tell us the better it will be. We see the plan changing as your needs may change and we keep in regular contact regarding this to make sure you receive just what you want and need.

Can the service be individually tailored?
Absolutely – we aim to provide the service you want. The examples listed here are to give you a flavour of what we can do. We can arrange to do almost any care support service, therefore, please talk to us in the first instance to discuss what you are thinking. We still hope to meet with you within 24 hours and arrange for services to start very quickly but please be aware that certain requests may take a little longer to arrange.

The Price
Many firms may offer a low price but then add in extras. We offer a price that includes our staff and their travel to you. We don’t charge an administration fee, a weekly or monthly fee, mileage, etc. or change our prices at weekends and bank holidays as other companies do. This means our prices are easy to understand and it avoids you wasting time with a ‘low price’ that turns out to be anything but. The only things that we would not be able to cover within this would be specialist transport such as a taxi and any admission charges, additional miles, meals, drinks, etc. that you may incur on a day trip for example.
Price starts at £10.00 per hour, we can confirm a price once we have discussed and understood your requirements. Cost
½ hour £7.50 1 hour £13.50 1 hour + is total time x £13.50 Other times by arrangement
These rates are for daytimes between Monday – Sunday and 7am – 10pm and include bank holidays. For hours between 10pm – 7am please contact us.
