Sherwood Prime Care is an independent home care provider serving Worksop and surrounding areas. We are a flexible and dedicated team who provide personal care and/or domestic assistance to people who need that little bit of extra help to enable them to lead independent lives in their own homes.

This can include:
• Help with bathing or showering and hygiene
• Help with continence care
• Help with shaving and oral care
• Medication assistance
• Assist with morning wake-up and evening tuck-in
• Convalescence care
• Assistance with eating and hydration
• Respite care
• Assistance with mobility
• Dementia care
• Assistance with dressing or undressing
• Palliative care
• Overnight services including sleep in and awake staff
• Supervision and monitoring of health & well-being.
