Our Independence Plus Service
Our independence Plus service offers support in your home and in the community. It is a package of support designed around you for you.

We can provide support for people with more complex needs such as dementia, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and life limiting conditions. We also support people who need a lighter touch to maintain their independence.

We Can:
- help with your Personal Care – getting up, going to bed, assistant with washing and dressing.
- support you in your home- with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry and preparing meals.
- support you out in the community – going shopping, paying bills managing personal finance, Trips out , social activities, meeting friends and family.
- support individuals with learning and education - to access courses, training and local education facilities, experienced support workers will also help support you into volunteering and seeking employment.

Your Support
Leading Lives staff work in person centred ways to support and promote people to achieve their aspirations and remain as independent as they are able.

Support needs are assessed when you register with the service and individual packages and programmes agreed to best suit your needs and aspirations.

This rate is hourly and assumes that your needs are not complex but that you live in a rural location, that is hard to reach from our base.
