Together provides an individual support service for people with mental health problems within the Barnsley area.

We offer a range of practical and emotional support that can help you to improve your mental wellbeing and lead an ordinary life. These are the areas that we can help with, Support within the home, Getting out and about, Helping to make choices and accessing other areas of interest within the community.

Whatever help you want, whether it is assistance around the home or support with more complex mental health needs. We will gear our support towards what you need to achieve. Our worker can help you with support planning an assistance in achieving your goals.

Our Please note the price of £16.67 per hour is a typical rate and will be confirmed when we have discussed your needs and requirements.

We are on Barnsley’s Assessed list of services to help people live an ordinary life; be socially included and be able to participate in their community.
