A sensitive and personally tailored package of personal care and support for those who wish to remain at home at the end of life, and need palliative care to do so. Trained assessors and care staff, who have experience of a diverse range of care and support needs, will plan and deliver care in agreement with the patient, their loved ones and relevant professionals, recognising the importance of this time to all.

Charges from £6.94 - £7.48, depending on your needs and requirements, visits start from 15 minutes, please contact us to discuss these rates.

Our services are available in areas in the East and West Midlands, North, North East and North West England, and Wrexham, North Wales.
