Payroll Service - £17.70 per 4 weekly cycle
• A welcome visit to your home at a convenient time for you and your family
• A dedicated team working 5 days per week, 52 weeks per year
• Customer helpline available: Monday – Friday, 9.00am to 4.30pm
• HMRC - Employer registration
• Payroll set up and/or transfer from another provider
• Timesheet processing as per your specified pay cycle
• Starters and Leavers processing
• Holiday recording and monitoring
• Sickness absence recording and monitoring
• Statutory Payments, Redundancy payments and Attachments of Earnings
• Production of payslips and timesheets – we even include Stamped Address Envelopes so all postage charges are paid by us
• HMRC - P32 preparation
• Handling of all correspondence with the HMRC
• HMRC – RTI submissions included as standard
• HMRC - Year End processing and on-line submissions
• Issuing of contracts of employment to all permanent and temporary staff
• Setting up your annual employers liability insurance with relevant supplier
• Software upgrades and application of legislation changes
• Pension processing

Optional Managed Account Service
We do also offer a Managed Account service, full details of which can also be found within our store at this website, providing comprehensive management of your care funds within a dedicated bank account. When combined with our payroll service, you will receive all of the standard services for a Managed Account as well as these additional features and benefits:

• Transfer of employee pay to the bank / building society of their choice
• Payments to HMRC
• Payment of employers liability insurance policy and renewals

The all-inclusive cost for a Managed Account is £16.25 per quarter which, when delivered alongside our payroll service, will be billed at £5.00 per pay cycle.
