Adults who have experienced sexual or domestic abuse at any time in their life.

When it takes place
Face to face counselling Monday - Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm
Group therapy Tuesday 11.00am - 1.00pm
Drop in Wednesday 1.30pm - 3.00pm
Telephone helpline Thursday 9.30am - 10.30am (24 hour answerphone facility)

This is a free service however donations are welcome
