We are a care provider who are dedicated in providing a high standard quality of care service to vulnerable adults and children whilst maintaining the highest quality of life. We work with clients with dementia, physical disability, learning impairments and patients discharged from hospital.

Our Aim

Our aim at SomCare is to deliver care which improves the lives of our service users by treating them, and their families, with respect, dignity and compassion. We believe that our service should not only be in line with the Care Act 2014, but should deliver excellence and enable people to live their lives safely and well. Whether it is a half hour, 1-hour home care visit or live-in service, our services are available for 24 hours a day.

Our Team

Using Somcare Agency will give you access to a wealth of experienced, committed and caring from health professionals from a variety of backgrounds. Somcare team is led by clinical nurses with over 10 years of NHS experience and who carry out complex care assessments and reviews for clients to ensure that clients have an accurate and detailed care plan, risk management and assigned the correct health professional. We are committed to the local community and we carefully strive to meet their needs.

Somcare Agency provides a number of service in Ealing, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Harrow, and Slough.

7 days a week from 6 am to 10pm

30-minute call £14.75 : 45-minute call £17.95 : 60-minute call £20.25
