CARE PLUS aims to help deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and deafblind adults maintain independence by offering a range of support services that improve lives and enable people to live as independently as possible. Our clients are actively involved in the planning of their care and support to ensure we meet their individual needs. We can also offer our services to private clients looking for additional support.
