Description
A lasting power of attorney ( LPA ) is a legal document that lets you (the 'donor') appoint one or more people (known as 'attorneys') to help you make decisions or make decisions on your behalf.
It allows you to plan ahead and choose people who could take control of your affairs if you become unable or unwilling to manage them yourself.
You can only make an LPA if you have mental capacity and the ability to demonstrate that you understand the powers that are being given to your attorney(s). This is proved by the signature of the certificate provider.
There are 2 types of LPA:
• Property & Financial Affairs
• Health & Personal Welfare
A single LPA is £395.00
Both LPAs would cost a reduced £600
(All prices include application fee of £110)
