With the Long Term Care plan, Promedica24 gives you an experienced, trained carer whose task is to make your condition manageable, bearable and as free of stress as possible, so that you can recover your lifestyle.

Assisted Daily LivingYour carer will sensitively tend to you, help you adjust, ensure your well-being and calmly perform the care routines dictated by your medical team.

The carer is also there to compensate for your lack of mobility, physically helping you move about when necessary or moving around your house and community for you, helping you to make the best of things. As with the Assisted Daily Living plan, your carer will look after your cooking, housework, laundry, shopping, etc.

In short, they will do everything that makes one-to-one care at home so much better than living in a care home - even keeping your family, friends and medical team regularly updated with your progress.

Note: we do not charge a premium rate for weekend or bank holiday
