We recognise that many people with life limiting illnesses or approaching their last days of life wish to remain at home with family in familiar surroundings.

Our specialist at home Palliative Care service provides a sensitive personal support to individuals and their family through practical and emotional help. We coordinate our support with other services such as doctors, district nurses and McMillan nurses.

We are able to provide support rapidly at short notice, listening to your loved ones personal choices and wishes, developing our service ensuring it is bespoke to you and your family.

Pricing Details
Please note the price shown is a typical weekday cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.  Our weekend rate is £17.00 per hour, Bank Holidays £28.00 per hour.
